At haldikumkum, we are dedicated to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth, reliable, and transparent. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can easily follow your order’s journey.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. For most metro cities across India, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, while for other areas it may take 5–9 business days. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship across India, and international shipping is not available at this time (coming soon). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your delivery location, order weight, or promotional offers. Occasionally, we offer free shipping on specific products or for orders above a certain amount, as mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS, allowing you to check your delivery status at any time. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If an order is returned due to address errors or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@haldikumkum.co.in with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages if the address provided is incorrect.
While we always strive to deliver your order on time, haldikumkum is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, strikes, weather conditions, or any events beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to assist you and keep you informed in case of any delays.
